CLEAR Ministries church is based in Smithfield, Cairns in tropical far north Queensland. We believe in Jesus Christ as our Saviour and love people of all backgrounds.
As restrictions have begun to ease our doors are open at the moment, however, we will continue to livestream our Sunday Services, should you still wish continue to watch from home
To UNITE the BODY of CHRIST as ONE with CLEAR vision in order to embrace our IDENTITY in CHRIST and fulfil GOD’S ETERNAL purpose.
Our mission as a church is to CALL people from all walks of life, to LEAD them into the whole truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to EQUIP them with everything good for doing His will, so that they may be diligent to present themselves APPROVED to God and always be READY to proclaim the Word of God.
In Jesus we have found the incredible gift of salvation and long for the rest of the world to come to know this grace as we have. We have a heart for authentic, spirit led worship, are passionate about the unity of the church, and long to see God’s kingdom established across the earth.

Pastors Bill and Loraine Scullard have a passion and a desire for the presence of the Lord. Their vision is to see the city of Cairns transformed. This can only be done with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. Their hearts are that the church would rise up in unity and follow the direction that God gives us to see every knee bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
